Dropping off and picking up procedures during the province wide lockdown

New Clients:

• Fill out the new customer form and sign at the bottom. Bring it in with you on your initial visit.
• Please pay attention to the in/out and parking instruction as illustrated below.

All Clients:

• Once on our driveway, call us at 905-702-9333, do not come inside the building, we will come out to you.
• Remove all leashes, collars, harnesses and coats off of your pet, we will use our own shop leash to take them in.
• Cats must be secure in their own cat carrier which we will take in with us and keep until pick up time.
• Wear your mask over your nose, mouth and chin, regardless if you meet us inside or outside your vehicle.
• When you come to pick up your pet, call us from the driveway at 905-702-9333, do not come inside the building, we will bring your pet out to you. Don’t forget to wear your mask properly.

• Cash in an envelope, change will be provided. Sorry, no credit card or debit card accepted at this time.
